ShopPAK also offers integrated shop floor data collection that uses bar coding, touch screens, and mobile data collection. Automating shop floor data collection significantly improves job cost accuracy and ease of use. Set ShopPAK up to monitor threshold situations and send an alert with pertinent status information. SmartPART is a comprehensive shop floor part tracking and management application that controls sorting, kitting, assembly, staging, and tracking of damaged parts & products. SmartPART works seamlessly with our Microvellum and CabinetVision engineering links. The engineering links extract all of the part, sub-assembly, product, material, and hardware data that SmartPART needs to sort, track and manage parts, sub-assemblies, and products throughout the shop. Scoreboard is a powerful tracking tool that gives you myriad options for viewing and analyzing data. ShopPAK manages a ton of data that cuts across your entire organization. Whereas ShopPAK presents information in a hierarchical manner by job, job item, and work order, Scoreboard filters and combines information any way you like. Our comprehensive multi-job Scheduler uses ShopPAK work orders, employee definitions, department estimates, etc. and will automatically populate scheduled dates back into all levels of ShopPAK including the Job level, Job Item level, Work Order level and Department level.
