Nordfab Ducting

Nordfab Ducting introduced and manufactures Quick-Fit®, a modular ductwork system for dust, mist, and fume collection. Quick-Fit (QF®) duct features unique rolled ends and easy-to-use clamps, which allow QF to be installed in half the time of traditional ducting. QF ducting is easily disassembled, cleaned, and reassembled without tools, which allows easy relocation and reuse during floor plan reconfiguration. Nordfab manufactures duct in a variety of sizes, a range of duct material thicknesses (gauges) to suit your application, and in galvanized or stainless steel construction. Quick-Fit® clamp-together ducting is manufactured in diameters from 3" to 24". Nordfab ducting is available in diameters up to 72” with flanged ends. For larger diameters and difficult applications, such as conveyance of abrasive materials, Nordfab offers ducting in a variety of gauges and / or with flanged connections. Nordfab duct has been third party tested to verify the duct’s structural integrity. Nordfab sells through a nationwide distribution network. Distributors have the tools and training to assist with quickly designing and quoting a duct system. Nordfab’s Quick-Fit Visual® (QFV® ) is a complimentary, easy-to-use, online tool for designing ductwork installations. QFV provides automatic calculation of duct sizing, static pressure loss, and system requirements. Users can output a quotation and visual 3D plan; source and procure all components needed for the installation through QFV’s integration with Nordfab’s quoting / ordering tool; and obtain the information needed to execute the installation. In addition to the 3D floorplan image and bill of material, users can output a .dwg drawing for use with CAD tools to incorporate the duct system into other facility installation plans.
